Interpretation

For the Kearney Regional ILS or LOC RWY 36 approach, when the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the HDE altimeter setting; increase S-ILS 36 DA to 2,409 feet, increase all MDAs by 80 feet, increase S-LOC visibility for categories C and D by 1/8 statute mile, and increase circling category D visibility by 1/4 statute mile. The VDP is not authorized when using the HDE altimeter setting. AWOS is out of service.
