Ephrata Muni RNAV (GPS) RWY 3 approach: LPV and LNAV/VNAV decision altitudes are not authorized. LNAV minimum descent altitude is 1,800 ft MSL (HAT 531 ft) for all categories, with 1 1/2-mile visibility for categories C and D. Helicopter visibility reduction below 3/4 mile is not authorized.
