Interpretation
For the Venango Regional RNAV (GPS) RWY 21 approach, amendment 1C, when the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Port Meadville altimeter setting and increase all DA/MDA by 80 feet; increase LPV visibility for all categories by 1/8 mile, LNAV/VNAV visibility for all categories by 1/4 mile, and LNAV visibility for categories C/D by 1/8 mile. If the ALS is inoperative while using the Port Meadville setting, increase LPV visibility for all categories to 1 1/8 miles. VDP and baro-VNAV are not authorized when using that setting. FKL AWOS is out of service.
