Interpretation

At FLL, ILS or LOC RWY 28L (Amdt 2) has updated minima: S-ILS 28L DA 382/HAT 317 (all categories); S-LOC 28L MDA 560/HAT 495 (all categories) with visibility for categories C/D RVR 6000; circling CAT C/D MDA 1000/HAA 935 with visibility CAT C 2 3/4 and CAT D 3. VDP at I-ADI 2.8 DME; VDP to threshold distance 1.3 NM. Disregard note: “INOP table does not apply to S-ILS 28L.” For inoperative ALS, increase S-ILS 28L all-category visibility to RVR 4500.
