Interpretation

At Page Field, the RNAV (GPS) Runway 23 approach has revised LNAV and circling minimums due to a temporary crane northeast of Runway 23. LNAV MDA is 660 feet, HAT 644 feet for all categories, with 1⅞-mile visibility for categories C/D. Circling MDA is 660 feet, HAA 643 feet for categories A/B, and MDA 720 feet, HAA 703 feet for categories C/D; circling visibility is 2 miles for category C and 2¼ miles for category D.
