Interpretation
For the ILS or LOC RWY 3 approach, when using the Macomb altimeter setting, increase all DAs by 71 feet and all MDAs by 80 feet; increase S-LOC 3 visibility for categories C/D by 1/8 SM and circling visibility for categories C/D by 1/4 SM. If the ALS is inoperative while using that setting, increase S-ILS 3 visibility to 7/8 SM for all categories and S-LOC 3 visibility to 1 SM for categories C/D. The VDP is unavailable when using the Macomb setting. GBG AWOS is out of service.
