Interpretation
At Greeneville Municipal Airport, the GCY AWOS is out of service. For the RNAV (GPS) Runway 5 approach, Amendment 1B, use the Tri-City altimeter setting when the local setting is unavailable. Increase the LPV decision altitude to 1,921 feet and all LPV visibility minima by 1/8 statute mile; increase the LNAV/VNAV decision altitude to 2,240 feet and all LNAV/VNAV visibility minima by 1/8 statute mile; and increase all minimum descent altitudes by 80 feet and Category C and D visibility minima by 1/4 statute mile.
