Interpretation

For the Grand Forks International RNAV (GPS) RWY 27R approach, Amendment 3, the LPV decision altitude is 1,122 ft MSL (HAT 279 ft) with 7/8-mile visibility for all categories; the LNAV/VNAV decision altitude is 1,242 ft MSL (HAT 399 ft) with 1 1/8-mile visibility for all categories; the LNAV minimum descent altitude is 1,340 ft MSL (HAT 497 ft), with 1 3/8-mile visibility for Categories C and D; and the circling minimum descent altitude is 1,400 ft MSL (HAA 555 ft) for Categories A and B. The visual descent point is not authorized. These changes are associated with temporary cranes northeast of RWY 27R and southwest of GFK Airport.
