Interpretation
The ILS or LOC RWY 15 instrument approach procedure is changed. S-LOC RWY 15 minimums are CAT A/B 660/24, 360 (400-1/2), and CAT C/D 660/30, 360 (400-5/8). Circling minimums are CAT A/B 940-1, 639 (700-1), CAT C 940-1 3/4, 639 (700-1 3/4), and CAT D 940-2, 639 (700-2). With the KTCM altimeter, S-LOC RWY 15 minimums are CAT A/B 680/24, 380 (400-1/2), and CAT C/D 680/35, 380 (400-5/8); circling minimums are CAT A/B 960-1, 659 (700-1), CAT C 960-1 3/4, 659 (700-1 3/4), and CAT D 960-2, 659 (700-2). When the ALS is inoperative, increase all RVR values to 55 and visibility to 1 mile.
