Interpretation

During quiet hours, F-15E takeoffs, tactical arrivals, and initial approaches are prohibited. Returning aircraft must make straight-in approaches to full-stop landings. Aircraft may taxi outside the F-15E and TA ramps, but engine starts and runs on those ramps are prohibited. AGE operations on those ramps are permitted except for J-4 jammers within 300 feet of the ceremony; refueling and aircraft tows are also prohibited within 300 feet of the ceremony. Aircraft parked on the 916th ramp may conduct normal operations, including starts, taxi, and takeoffs.
