Interpretation
For the Portland-Hillsboro ILS or LOC RWY 13R approach, Amendment 11B, the missed approach is revised: climb to 1,000 feet, then make a climbing left turn to 4,000 feet on heading 120 and the BTG VORTAC R-175 to CANBY/BTG 27.24 DME and hold; DME is required, and continue climbing in the hold to 4,000 feet. UBG VOR is out of service.
