Interpretation

Helena Regional RNAV (RNP) Z Runway 27, Amendment 2: change the note to state that when the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, increase RNP 0.13 DA visibility for all categories to 7/8 statute mile and RNP 0.30 DA visibility for all categories to 1 3/8 statute miles.
