Interpretation

Indianapolis Intl RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 32 approach amendment 4A has revised LNAV/VNAV and LNAV minima and visibility requirements: LNAV/VNAV DA 1142 feet MSL (HAT 349), RVR 3000 for all categories; LNAV MDA 1240 feet MSL (HAT 447) for all categories, with RVR 4000 for categories C/D. The VDP is 1.18 NM from RWY 32. If the approach lighting system is inoperative, LNAV/VNAV visibility increases to RVR 5500. A temporary crane at 931 feet MSL is located 1972 feet south of RWY 23L.
