Interpretation
For the ILS or LOC RWY 23L approach at Indianapolis International Airport, amendment 8, the missed approach is to climb to 1,500 feet, then make a climbing left turn to 3,000 feet on heading 105 and follow SHB VORTAC radial 251 to OZMOE intersection (SHB 12.12 DME) to hold.
