Interpretation

At Williamsport Regional (IPT), the RNAV (GPS) RWY 27 approach minima are modified: LPV DA 980 with HAT 453 and visibility 7/8 for all categories; LNAV/VNAV Category D DA 1301 with HAT 774. The note is changed to require increasing LPV visibility to 1 3/8 statute miles when the approach lighting system is inoperative, and the inoperative components table does not apply to LNAV Categories A, C, and D.
