Interpretation

For the Kinston Regional Jetport at Stallings Field RNAV (GPS) RWY 23, Amendment 4, LPV and LNAV/VNAV decision altitudes are not authorized for all categories. LNAV minimums are MDA 600 feet MSL/HAT 513 feet for all categories, and circling Category A/B minimums are MDA 640 feet MSL/HAA 547 feet. The VDP is not authorized, and RWY 23 helicopter operations with visibility below 1 SM are not authorized. If the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Seymour Johnson AFB altimeter setting, increase all MDAs by 60 feet, and increase LNAV Categories C/D and circling Category D visibility by 1/4 SM. These changes account for five temporary cranes at 290 feet MSL around RWY 23.
