Interpretation

At Jackson-Medgar Wiley Evers Intl, Jackson, MS, ILS or LOC RWY 16L, ILS RWY 16L (SA CAT I), and ILS RWY 16L (CAT II-III) are amended to AMDT 9. Radar is required for procedure entry except for aircraft equipped with a suitable RNAV system with GPS. MHZ TACAN is out of service.
