Interpretation
RNAV (GPS) RWY 5R, Amendment 1E, is changed: LPV DA is 1031 feet with HAT 295 and RVR 2200 for all categories; LNAV MDA is 1220 feet with HAT 484 for all categories, with RVR 5000 for categories C/D; circling MDA is 1260 feet with HAA 516 for categories A/B. VDP is not authorized. If the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the John Glenn Columbus International altimeter setting and apply the stated increases: LPV DA to 1066 feet with all-category visibility RVR 2600; LNAV/VNAV DA to 1138 feet with all-category visibility RVR 4000; all MDAs by 40 feet; LNAV categories C/D visibility to RVR 5500; and circling category D visibility to 2 1/4 SM. With that altimeter setting and an inoperative ALS, increase LPV visibility to RVR 5000, LNAV/VNAV visibility to RVR 6000, and LNAV categories C/D visibility to 1 3/8 SM. Temporary cranes southeast and southwest of RWY 5R affect the procedure.
