Interpretation

The KLTS RNAV Z runway 36L instrument approach has revised LNAV/VNAV and LNAV minima for aircraft categories A–E. If the approach lighting system (ALS) is inoperative, LNAV/VNAV RVR increases to 45 for categories A–D and 60 for category E, with visibility of 7/8 mile and 1 1/8 miles respectively; LNAV RVR increases to 55 for categories A–B and 60 for categories C–E, with visibility of 1 mile and 1 1/8 miles respectively.
