Interpretation
For the Mansfield Lahm Regional ILS or LOC Runway 32 procedure, DME is required for the S-LOC 32 minima unless the aircraft has a suitable GPS-equipped RNAV system. Radar or DME is required for procedure entry unless the aircraft has a suitable GPS-equipped RNAV system because the MANNS (MF) LOM is out of service.
