Interpretation

For the RNAV (GPS) Y Runway 27 approach, Amendment 4, at Miami International, the LNAV/VNAV decision altitude is 479 feet with a HAT of 470 feet for all categories, and visibility is RVR 5000 for all categories. Helicopter visibility reduction below RVR 4000 is not authorized. When the approach lighting system is inoperative, increase LNAV/VNAV visibility for all categories to 1 3/8 statute miles. Temporary cranes reach 207 feet MSL beginning 4,807 feet east of Runway 27 and 201 feet MSL beginning 5,172 feet east of Runway 27. Effective April 14, 2026 at 1833 UTC until an estimated December 26, 2026 at 1833 UTC.
