Interpretation

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International ILS or LOC RWY 29 approach, amendment 10B: S-ILS 29 decision altitude is not authorized. S-LOC 29 visibility is RVR 4500 for categories A/B and 1 1/2 SM for C/D; KENLE fix S-LOC 29 visibility is RVR 4500 for A/B and RVR 6000 for C/D. With the approach lighting system inoperative, S-LOC 29 C/D visibility increases to 1 3/4 SM and KENLE fix C/D visibility to 1 1/2 SM.
