Interpretation
For Kaolin Field RNAV (GPS) RWY 31, amendment 3, when the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Swainsboro altimeter setting. Increase LPV DA to 827 feet and LNAV/VNAV DA to 937 feet; increase all MDAs by 100 feet, visibilities by 1/4 SM, and circling category C visibility by 1/2 SM. Baro-VNAV and the VDP are unavailable when using the Swainsboro setting. The OKZ AWOS is out of service.
