Interpretation

Norfolk International RNAV (GPS) Z Runway 5 Amendment 3 has temporary revised minima due to a crane northeast of Runway 5: LPV DA 308 feet/HAT 282 feet for all categories; LNAV/VNAV DA 389 feet/HAT 363 feet for all categories; visibility RVR 3500 for all categories; circling MDA 660 feet/HAA 634 feet for Categories A, B, and C; and VDP 1.09 NM from Runway 5. Disregard the note authorizing RVR 1800 with FD, AP, or HUD to DA. With ALS inoperative, increase LPV visibility to RVR 4500, LNAV/VNAV visibility to RVR 5500, and LNAV Category C/D visibility to RVR 6000.
