Interpretation

ILS OR LOC RWY 21L Amendment 10 has revised S-ILS 21L minimums of DA 1,393 feet/HAT 402 feet for all categories, with RVR 5,000 visibility for all categories; circling categories A and B have MDA 1,620 feet/HAA 622 feet. The note is changed to require RVR 6,000 for S-ILS 21 all categories and RVR 5,500 for S-LOC 21L categories A and B when the ALS is inoperative. These changes account for a temporary crane at 1,256 feet MSL, 911 feet southeast of RWY 21L.
