Interpretation

At Portland International Airport, the RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 10L approach, Amendment 2C, has temporary minima due to a crane: LNAV/VNAV DA 590 feet (HAT 560 feet) for all categories, with RVR 6000; LNAV MDA 860 feet (HAT 830 feet) for all categories, with visibility RVR 4000 for Category B and 1 7/8 miles for Categories C and D; circling MDA 860 feet (HAA 830 feet) for Categories A and B, with 1 1/4 miles visibility; and VDP 2.43 NM from RWY 10L. These changes do not apply when ATCT advises that temporary crane 2024-ANM-50-NRA is down.
