Interpretation

Portland International RNAV (GPS) Y RWY 10R Amendment 2C has temporary revised minimums due to a crane: LPV DA 299 feet/HAT 275 feet for all categories with RVR 2000; LNAV/VNAV DA 385 feet/HAT 361 feet for all categories with RVR 3500; and LNAV MDA 560 feet/HAT 536 feet for all categories, with RVR 5500 for Categories C and D. The VDP is 1.46 NM from RWY 10R. These changes do not apply when ATCT advises that the 379-foot MSL temporary crane, located 514 feet southeast of PDX Airport, is down.
