Interpretation

The Portland International ILS or LOC RWY 28L approach, Amendment 5A, has a revised missed approach: climb to 2,100 feet, then make a climbing left turn to 4,000 feet via the BTG R-194 to ENDZZ/BTG 23.00 DME and hold. DME is required unless the aircraft has a suitable GPS-equipped RNAV system because the UBG VOR is out of service.
