S-ILS 10R DA is 299 feet MSL/HAT 275 feet for all categories, with RVR 2000. JADNU fix S-LOC 10R MDA is 560 feet MSL/HAT 536 feet for all categories, with RVR 5500 for categories C and D. The VDP is at I-PDX 3.47 DME, 1.46 NM from the threshold. These changes do not apply when ATC advises that the crane is down.
