Interpretation
PECOS MUNI RNAV (GPS) RWY 32, ORIG-C approach minima are revised: LNAV/VNAV DA 3,000 feet/HAT 395 feet with 1 1/8 SM visibility for all categories; LNAV MDA 3,100 feet/HAT 495 feet for all categories, with 1 3/8 SM visibility for categories C and D; and circling MDA 3,160 feet/HAA 547 feet for categories A and B. VDP is not authorized. When the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Wink altimeter setting, increase LPV DA to 2,900 feet and all visibility minima by 1/8 SM, and increase LNAV/VNAV DA to 3,095 feet and all visibility minima by 1/4 SM; the remainder of the altimeter note is unchanged. These changes account for temporary rigs west and southwest of RWY 32, including obstacles identified as 2019-ASW-3494-NRA, 2019-ASW-3492 through 3493-NRA, and 2025-ASW-8039-OE.
