Interpretation

Pitt-Greenville RNAV (GPS) RWY 20 Amendment 3B is changed: LPV, LNAV/VNAV, and LNAV visibility is 1 SM for all categories, and the inoperative-components table does not apply to these minima. The note is changed to state that, when the approach lighting system is inoperative and the Washington altimeter setting is used, LNAV Category C/D visibility must be increased to 1 1/4 SM. The change is due to temporary construction equipment up to 48 ft MSL beginning 3,573 ft south of Runway 20.
