Interpretation

The Pittsburgh International ILS or LOC RWY 10R Amendment 11, ILS RWY 10R (SA CAT I) Amendment 11, and ILS RWY 10R (CAT II-III) Amendment 11 procedures are changed. The missed approach is to climb to 1,900 feet, then make a climbing right turn to 5,000 feet direct HLG VOR/DME and hold northeast with left turns on the 223.00-degree inbound course. Radar is required for procedure entry unless the aircraft has a suitable GPS-equipped RNAV system because AGC VOR/DME is out of service.
