Interpretation

For the Trent Lott International Airport ILS or LOC RWY 17 procedure, Amendment 3A, radar is required for procedure entry except for aircraft equipped with a suitable GPS-based RNAV system. The missed approach is to climb to 700 feet, then make a climbing right turn to 2,000 feet via the BFM VORTAC R-242 to VICKI/BFM 32.48 DME and hold. DME is required except for aircraft equipped with a suitable GPS-based RNAV system because the SJI VOR is out of service.
