Interpretation

For the ILS or LOC RWY 35 approach at Redding Regional, if the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Red Bluff setting, increase all DA/MDA by 80 feet, increase S-LOC 34 visibility by 1/8 SM for categories C, D and E, and increase circling visibility by 1/4 SM for categories C and D. With inoperative ALS and the Red Bluff setting, increase S-ILS 34 visibility to 7/8 SM for all categories and S-LOC 34 category E visibility to 1 1/4 SM. RDD ASOS is out of service.
