Interpretation

The Instrument Approach Procedures for ILS OR LOC RWY 34, as well as ILS RWY 34 for SA CAT I and CAT II-III, have been amended. The missed approach procedure now requires a climb to 800 feet followed by a climbing right turn to 2000 feet direct to HPW VORTAC and hold. The RIC VOR R-018 is restricted.
