Interpretation

Sacramento Executive ILS or LOC RWY 2, Amendment 24F, is changed. S-ILS 2 minimums are DA 295 feet/HAT 274 feet and 3/4 SM visibility for all categories. S-LOC 2 minimums are MDA 400 feet/HAT 379 feet and 3/4 SM visibility for all categories. Circling Category C minimums are MDA 640 feet/HAA 617 feet and 1 3/4 SM visibility. Circling to RWY 20 is not authorized at night, and helicopter visibility reduction below 3/4 SM is not authorized for RWY 2. When the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the SMF altimeter setting, increase DA to 324 feet, increase all MDAs by 40 feet, and increase Category D circling visibility by 1/4 SM. Disregard the note requiring S-ILS 2 visibility to increase to 7/8 SM for an inoperative MALSR when using the Sacramento International altimeter setting.
