Interpretation

Sacramento Executive RNAV (GPS) RWY 2, Amendment 1, is changed. LPV minimums are DA 295 feet/HAT 274 feet and 3/4 SM visibility for all categories. LNAV/VNAV minimums are DA 315 feet/HAT 294 feet and 3/4 SM visibility for all categories. LNAV visibility is 3/4 SM for all categories. Circling Category C minimums are MDA 640 feet/HAA 617 feet and 1 3/4 SM visibility. Circling to RWY 20 is not authorized at night, and helicopter visibility reduction below 3/4 SM is not authorized for RWY 2. With the ALS inoperative, increase LPV visibility to 7/8 SM, LNAV/VNAV visibility to 7/8 SM, and LNAV visibility to 1 SM for all categories.
