North Central State (Pawtucket, RI) LOC RWY 5 (Amendment 7C) approach minima are specified as follows: straight-in MDA 1080/HAT 651 for all categories with visibility A/B 3/4 and C 1 5/8; circling MDA 1080/HAA 639 with visibility A/B 1 and C 1 7/8; ESULE fix straight-in MDA 1060/HAT 631 for all categories with visibility A/B 3/4 and C 1 1/2.
