Interpretation

The TACAN Z runway 18 instrument approach procedure is amended: circling minimum descent altitude is 1,880 feet with a height above aerodrome of 590 feet for categories A and B, and 2,000 feet with a height above aerodrome of 710 feet for categories C, D, and E.
