Interpretation
For the RNAV (GPS) RWY 29 approach at Tracy Municipal Airport, when the local altimeter setting is unavailable, use the Marshall altimeter setting and increase all minimum descent altitudes by 60 feet. The visual descent point is not available when using the Marshall setting. TKC AWOS is out of service.
