Interpretation
For the Newton Municipal–Earl Johnson Field ILS or LOC Runway 32 approach, Amendment 4, the missed approach is revised to: climb to 1,500 feet, then make a climbing left turn to 4,000 feet on heading 250 and the DSM VORTAC 042 radial to MIXIN/DSM VORTAC at 16.43 DME and hold.
