Interpretation
Aurora State takeoff minimums and obstacle departure procedure Amendment 3 is modified: aircraft departing on V23 must intercept the BTG R-175 and climb on course. The procedure is unavailable to all other aircraft except those equipped with a suitable GPS-based RNAV system because the UBG VOR is out of service.
