Interpretation

ILS or LOC RWY 34R, Orig-A, has revised minima: S-ILS 34R DA 1535 ft/HAT 262 ft all categories and S-LOC 34R MDA 1700 ft/HAT 427 ft all categories, with RVR 4000 for categories C/D/E. VDP is not authorized. With ALS inoperative, increase S-ILS 34R visibility to RVR 4500 for all categories and S-LOC 34R visibility to 1 3/8 SM for categories C/D/E.
