Interpretation

LEMG will establish permanent and automatic data exchange with the Network Management Operations Centre as an ANI airport, in addition to the existing ACDM message exchange. The activation includes the full set of DPI messages, G-API messages to NMOC, and integration of new turnaround TTOT in the PDPI messages. The ATFM network may be impacted as soon as the flight plan is issued.

AN ANI AIRPORT HAS FULLY ADOPTED THE AIRPORT CDM CONCEPT BY
PROVIDING THE FULL SET OF DPI MESSAGES (DEPARTURE PLANNING
INFORMATION  PDPI, EDPI, TDPIT, TDPIS, ADPI AND CDPI) AND
ALSO PROVIDES G-API MESSAGES (GENERAL ARRIVAL PLANNING
INFORMATION) TO NMOC. THIS ACTIVATION ADDITIONALLY COVERS
THE INTEGRATION OF NEW TURNAROUND TTOT (TARGET TAKE-OFF
TIME)IN THE PDPI MESSAGES.
WITH THE PDPI AND GAPI MESSAGE EXCHANGE WITH NM SYSTEMS, THE ATFM
NETWORK MAY BE IMPACTED AS SOON AS THE FLIGHT PLAN IS ISSUED
