Interpretation

Effective 29 October 2026, the minimum altitude at IAF YELTA and for the holding pattern over YELTA increases from 5,000 ft to 5,200 ft for the LEST runway 35 RNP Z, RNP Y, ILS Z, ILS Y, LOC Z, LOC Y and VOR approaches.
