Interpretation

Creation of the temporary restricted area ZRT CESA SOULAC over Soulac-sur-Mer aerodrome for unmanned aircraft flights. The ZRT CESA SOULAC will be activated for joining the ZRT CESA NORD ETE published by AIP SUP 188/25. Lateral limits are a 5 NM radius circle centred on 453156N 0010513W, except the LF-D 18 A4 and the ZRT CESA NORD ETE when active. It is a temporary restricted area replacing overlapping airspace, and GAT and OAT entry is compulsory by-pass during the actual activity except for aircraft taking part in the activity, and aircraft performing military, customs, police, SAR, fire fighting or medical flights when forced to enter the ZRT after activity manager agreement. Flight information and alert service is provided. Actual activity is available on Aquitaine Info 120.575 MHz, Bordeaux Essais 122.900 MHz, and Royan Info 118.805 MHz.
