Interpretation

Entry and operation of remotely piloted aircraft without crew on board in restricted area LF-R88 Berre-La Fare are permitted under the conditions in Annex I of the decree of December 3, 2020, concerning unmanned aircraft use of airspace or, failing that, under a protocol established with the operator of Berre-La Fare aerodrome. This amends the entry conditions in AIP ENR 5.1.
