Interpretation

The Runway 25 LOC A missed approach procedure is changed. Intercept and follow BT radial 252 (magnetic 252), climbing to 2,000 ft (1,814 ft); at 6 NM BT, follow the heading and expect radar vectors. If radio communication fails, follow the same radial while climbing to 2,000 ft, then at 6 NM BT turn right toward MOPAR while climbing to 3,000 ft (2,814 ft); at 11 NM BT, climb to FL70 to join the MOPAR hold or conduct another approach.
