Interpretation

When ATS is unavailable, the LFSL RNP RWY 11 procedure may be used with mandatory circling. Obtain Limoges QNH from Limoges APP and apply the increased circling minima for operations without local QNH: CAT A DA(H) 1,890 ft (880 ft), visibility 1,500 m, OCH 644 ft; CAT B DA(H) 1,890 ft (880 ft), visibility 1,600 m, OCH 644 ft; CAT C DA(H) 1,990 ft (980 ft), visibility 2,400 m, OCH 743 ft. MOCA is increased to 1,930 ft (914 ft) on segment ISL11–FSL11 and 1,690 ft (674 ft) on segment FSL11–SDF11.
