Interpretation
Local pre-trial A-CDM procedures are in force at the airport. The ground handler must report and update the target off-block time (TOBT) and communicate the target start-up approval time (TSAT) to the airspace user; both will be displayed where A-VDGS is available. Pilots unable to meet the TOBT must request an update from the ground handler and must be ready for start-up and contact Delivery within the TSAT window of ±5 minutes. Departure clearance, except the squawk, is available from 18 minutes before EOBT. After receiving start-up clearance (ASAT), pilots must contact Ground for pushback or taxi within 5 minutes; otherwise the TSAT expires and a new TOBT and TSAT are required. Push-and-hold procedures may be used to prevent arriving aircraft from holding when stands are occupied.
